The coffee comes from the Jinotega region from the San Juan del Rio Coco coffee cooperative, which brings together local small farmers. The cooperative takes care of the complete processing, which ensures a stable production of this coffee. This lot is produced in organic quality and bears the SHG-Strictly High Ground label - a selection of farms and coffee trees that grow at high altitudes. Due to the higher altitude, the coffee matures more slowly and thus acquires a higher taste quality.
